Trump Says Iran Wants to Negotiate, Hamas Will Dissolve Government, and NYC Nurse Strike #shorts

President Donald Trump says Iran wants to negotiate with the U.S. after his threat to strike the country over its crackdown on protesters. Activists said Monday the death toll in the country’s demonstrations has risen to at least 544. Iran has not yet responded to Trump’s comments. Hamas says it will dissolve its government in Gaza once a Palestinian technocratic leadership committee takes over as part of a U.S.-brokered peace plan. The timeline for the change is unclear. A “Board of Peace” is set to oversee the committee, but the board's members have yet to be announced. And thousands of nurses in New York City could soon go on strike, a move that would affect operations at major hospitals including Mount Sinai, Montefiore and New York-Presbyterian.
